This popped up on the local CL this afternoon and I was the first response so I picked it up as soon as I got off of work. Looks to be a prewar model (haven't run the numbers yet) and the fenders are beat up but the rest should clean up nicely.

That is a '40 frame. Long head tube that takes the fat tank, but those frame graphics were brand new for '41. Probably a Christmas of '40 bike. Nice shape. That one will clean up pretty good. Gary
