Hi Fellas, here for another project.Building this Schwinn Phantom for a friend.
Well actually two friends, the first one who owned it and never got to build it and
the second one the present owner who bought it.Whew... talk about pressure.
Hope i can do justice and bring this baby back on the road.
Parts it came with, the Tank and Guard.
Dis-assembled and striped.
It has a series of numbers in the bottom bracket and seat tube,
has anyone ever encountered this in your frames?
Serial no. hope im on the right track.
First coat of primer to see all the dents and dings, prep. for bondo.
Fenders shy of dents,it's gonna be a hard days night.
Markings are for the new dimples for the forks and rods.
Started in the morning and my weapon for the day is a small hammer and a giant steel match stick
Some progress in the afternoon and it started to rain.
Front fender done,it's night time and it's still raining, next up tom. rear fenders
Thanks for viewing guys, post some more pictures soon. Thanks RRB
