i was told a SA 3 speed . . . in 1915 ??!!!

I should have noticed the shifter, sure looks SA to me. Are you going to go with new wheels like those Velocity's or find old ones? Finding good 28 singletubes is challenging and the repop's are spendy.

I just came across some affordable new 28" rims with 36 holes. Let me know if need more info or if you want to sell the bike.
