Thanks to Adam Copeland's "Higgins", I had to have something like it.
So far, I've got the same '50 something frame I scored off the 'bey. Thanks to Rick at House of Wheels in Michigan for landing me the red Felt rims and Electra Fatti-Os. I scored the seat on Ebay-UK, which is a Wright Saddle Co. (1947-1962) Brooks B33 look-alike. Wright was bought out by Brooks in '62 BTW.
The chainguard is a period Higgins whith a bunch of 1/2" holes I punched out.
Gonna go with a black sporcket and black 3 piece crank. Maybe red pedals, but not sure. Looking for a Nirve curved cruiser fork but they're BO'd right now. Not sure about what bars yet.
I'm sure having fun playing with this "thing".
