I picked this up from ceebee (thanks) and it was in the original wheel. I decided to replace the spokes since a few were already broken and they were all crusty, as was the hub and rim. I didn't plan on restoring because i'll be installing it on a rat bike (eventually). the hub cleaned up pretty good. The rim was rough looking but still structural so I sanded and scotched it a bit and cleared it. After disassembling the hub and cleaning it and repacking it it's rolling as smoothly as it did in the 1940's!
