I will keep that in mind. Betty's guys supposedly built the pattern
for mine Saturday. Not sure how long it will take them to build
it but Its liable to be crocodile. LOL Since it won't cost me anything
I liked them doing it.

Made a gusset. Not sure if I'm going to leave it or knock
it back out.

Finally after what seemed like an eternity ,I got my front tire.
I wanted a smaller one in the front to handle better. The one I
bought was 18'' tall . The back is 22'' tall. Looks way smaller. It
might grow on me after its finished.

Not sure what that is. Got the motor and a TAV that will
be used. It will be exposed .but the frame is pretty much built.
Little late to make changes now.

I'm 64 and the first scooter I ever rode was a Cushman.
Just never saw one bobbed. Did see the one with the Sportster
motor on it. Didn't look bobbed though.

Didn't mean for you to chop what you made. It looks a little bit like one that's been shortened. I reckon it would need some kind of fenders with those aggressive tires.

Yeah the eagle was always the choice. It will have fenders, I hope.
Luke the tire barely has air in it. I used some silicone on the rubber
O ring that lets you run tubeless. I didn't want to push it till it set.
Both tires will pump up more. Should round more in the middle.
If not its just a fun project to keep busy. If its an off road deal
then the tire won't make much difference.

Had to build a couple stands for my jackshaft. The round ones were
too close and the sprockets hit. Had some of the 1/4'' stuff and beveled
and really burned the welds. Should hold till the cows come home.
Anyway its just tacked till I look some more. Don't want to make any
mistakes now.

Well with this project, I found out something.
I can lay on the floor of my shop
and I can weld pretty good, but I can't weld pretty good laying
on the floor of my shop.
Need a motorcycle lift to raise this up where I can get to it.
They always said getting old ain't for sissies.
