Swing Bike...Huh?

I'm new to a lot of this....What's the deal with Swing Bikes? Were these factory made or custom built? The frame pivots around the seat post...? :?

It is a kind of stunt bike. They were made back in 60's or 70's as far as I know. I never rode one, but here is a youtube video that gives a good idea of what you can do. Looks like good old fasion dangerous fun.

I remember my Mom seeing an ad on TV for the original Swing bike back in the day...(In a Mom voice) 'That is the most dangerous thing I have ever seen' LOL needless to say I didn't get one. :lol:
