Tank light wiring- 59 murray strato flight

Im rattn out 59 murray strato flite i picked up for 20 bucks online. I want to get my tank lights working again but all the wires are disconnected and the battery tray needs some help first. But i was curious if anybody know how to wire these things! thanks

iam also in need of help ... but to know how i can make a long lasting battery pack for two 4,5v LED lights
