40's roadmaster 24'' frame/forks/sprocket/crank found in the trash. bars are from a 64 schwinn stingray. 24'' wheels are from a 80s murray donor. the rack is from a monarch or murray. the wald chainguard came from a swapmeet. still has a bicycle license tag from '63 8)

The chain guard is a Wald aftermarket, the rack is off of a Murray built bike- Flightliner or Spaceliner (?), the frame looks like a Cleveland Welding. Post up the serial number and there are some guys on here that will be able to give you a lot of info on it.
