I was given what I think is a GT knock off. The fork was mangled, it had no front brake and the shifters and derailluers came from who knows where. It's a bit of a frankenbike but I I like the rear triangle and seem to have most the parts to build it so I thought I'd do something with it.

Had to get the angle grinder out to remove the stem.

Have some rubber pedals to throw on and thought I could mount a light in this ginormous chrome thing. It's the end cap from a scooter muffler. Lay back seat post should work.

Have a couple choices on the bars. The are almost the same size though the chrome ones look smaller. Both have room for that light to be mounted.

Not sure what to do with this bike. Calling it the rover for now because it will probably be a klunker or commuter and rove about. And because it's a dog of a bike. Open to ideas...

Tried a few seat and bar combinations...well, 2 combinations.

Troxel cushy seat and laid back bmx seat post with bmx bars.

Same seat and post with some cruiser bars off of a murray.

Still looking for suggestions, comments and thoughts about what to do here.

I have that same shed, same fence running behind it, and that same trailer. I had to do a double take to make sure it wasn't my back yard....lol
