What year is this frame?

Just got this frame. It says Shelby on it. Any info about it would be appreciated. Serial# H39516

Shelby's are the hardest to date, they used pre war style dropouts until AMF bought 'em out and started building AMF frames with Shelby badges and leftover Shelby parts. You may have better luck on the Cabe, the Classic & Antique Bicycle Exchange forum, where many RRB members, myself included, are members. More knowledge on vintage stuff. Also, your frame looks different than most Shelby frames. Is it a 24 or 20"? -Adam
