Whats the best deal, 26 inch springer?

I just thought I would throw this out, My boy Larry was asking about one for his 1959 Royce Union build, The only problem I can think of is it is the English style headset with the loose ball bearing style. So if you have had good luck with a particular shop and pricing was decent, post it, any help is good.
