Where to buy tires?

Hey everyone. Starting to compile parts for a new commuter build and am wondering where the best place to buy some tires is? I want some that are obnoxiously green...like kawasaki green/lime green kind of green but all I can seem to find is a rather tame green. Any ideas? Thanks a lot!

Oh, also this build will be based off a modern Trek MTB frame. I've got this idea to run a rigid aluminum disc brake fork, this is about all I can find in that description: http://www.ebay.com/itm/mr-ride-MOS...pt=US_Forks&hash=item4d16c91da8#ht_1796wt_916
Thoughts? I know I could get a decent used suspension fork for that price, so not too stoked on it, but if its the only option I suppose I'll go with it.

I've also been wanting to explore new sites to buy tires. Amazon has two decent vendors but they take forever to ship.
