Whizzer sheave max HP and speed

I was wondering if anyone would have an idea of what the max HP and speed would be for the repop whizzer sheave. I have one I may use on a bike that will be a bit heavier and run about 6 HP. It would be mounted on HD .105 spokes.

a long time ago there was a web site that clamed they had one that would do 80. they did a ton of engine work on it. more recently try sampson motorbikes. they do work on these as well
