Early 50's Western Flyer with a "bow legged" springer... this one gets done the cowboy way.

Everything disassembled I began the cleanup & rebuild.
Just going to wire brush the chrome leaving rust on the painted parts.

The light is not in too bad of a shape. Can the bottom right contact be bypassed somehow? All wires are still hooked & the bulbs look okay.

It's raining here so I put the saddle together & assembled the rest of the bike.
Added a mud flap where the front fender was cut off. Rear fender from something else but it works.
Springer works sweet with the bike raking out thru it's travel . Can't wait to ride it.
