I have a Wasaga Vagabond Home Hardware bike. I've had it for about 4 years, I bought it used, I don't know when the manufacture date was. the rear drop out on one side has been seriously worn out due to the tire coming off and on so many times. Is there anything I can do? Washers don't help they just get crushed and I don't have the means of braising on a new one.

Try the very large thick washers. Like one about 1 1/2" accross but with the hole the right size for your axle. One on each side of the dropout.

If your talking about the opening slot for the axel, I have built those up with weld and grounded and filed them back to the normal size, takes some time but it works.
