@The Renaissance Man puts more work in the winged tip of his front fender then a lot of others do on the whole build!
Check it out, it starts on page 7!

I tested the hot glue again directly on the bondo and it seemed to work good (no picture).
So it is sanded, dammed and ready for more filler!
