70s Huffy built chopper BMX combo bike..???

Got this a few weeks ago..Guy said it was a "recalled" bike back in the day because of the forks,...I looked online but couldnt find this bike..??!!Found some like it,but thats about it.I think its around 1977 20" wheel...Rare? Anyone..?? Thanks,Jeff
