There may be an aluminum tag under the bottom bracket. Serial will indicate year.

If no plate, after '54.

It also might have been a repaint at one time. But whoever did it didn't miss any hidden corner in it .

Possibly...those don't look like '54+ numbers...but the frame looks middleweight to me...might just be the pics.
