As I'm sure everyone here already knows, the Schwinn-style cantilever springer fork is very common and easy to find (when building a repro vintage), though I'm sure the quality varies widely from one vendor to another.
Monark springers are sweet, and there's a variety of vendors that make them. I am curious who makes the best version, but even they are starting to become more common...
I really like girder forks, and I am not finding much. maybe I'm using the wrong search terms, but...even if I finally stumble across one, I'm afraid there's a chance the quality might be off, so I'd like to find several suppliers to compare, if possible.
Thanks in advance for any tips...
