Every time I even have a remote thought of dumping it, that thought gets erased quickly.

Right? They take so much space, but they are so much fun.

Can't decide if I like the bike, or the original owner story/picture. The matching outfits? C'mon!

It was pointed out to me recently the woman in the photo, Betty, died just weeks after that photo was taken.

Here is another photo of the Jack Taylor tandem at the Lake Pepin 3 Speed Tour in 2019. Yeah, it rained a lot that weekend. The capes, chaps and shoe covers were also from the original owner. We used newer, more water proof panniers that year. The original panniers are cardboard backed and I knew rain would destroy them. As always, we use ziplock bags and plastic shopping bags as liners to keep the contents dry and sorted.
