Tandem I built last year. Ended up selling it because we didn't like the way it rode. If was comfy and fun, but slow and hard to ride for any distance.
As found, it had an awful spray bomb paint job. I stripped it down a bit and applied my own spray bomb. Was going for a Huffy Panama Jack sort of look.
Looking at the pix now, I think I might have mixed up the stoker chainrings.
Man, this one is the coolest one. Love the piggy back look...it actually looks like a 'rat'..check out that back end. QUESTION: How do you keep the frame straight when welding such a long bike?? Orig. poster or anyone?
anyway..this one gotta gets two thumbs up...at least
Throwing in a bit of europe here. Origin is still undisclosed, previous owner says built in the early 50ties in Nürnberg. Maybe a Victoria (at least the suspension front fork is). Picked this up last autumn. Needs a bit of work to get it back running.
