Its a bike seat its a roller skate its a skate board what is this thing ???

I recently saw this & had to buy it only because I have no idea who made this or what it is ?? I figure some one out here has to know ?? The only name I could find on this is Welin on the axle trucks.

Where I set the pencil is some kind of drag brake system.. Im missing a pull lever Im guessing .But then why the roller skate bumper ? Willie bar or brake ?

You hold on to the seat as your going downhill and that plate at least protects your knuckles when you crash.

OK...this is just a guess...The rear is where the skate brake is, the front probly had some kind off combined foot rest/handle bar where a kid could steer with his feet and hands, and all he's have to do to stop is lean back and pull up with his hands on the combo foot rest/handle bar steering thingy.

I forgot to mention the front plate with the pencil pivoits up & down so if you where to pull the lever / pencil it rubs on the front wheels like a old school Mini bike drag brake .. So its really confusing ?

Taking a stab here, but I think it's a one off,homemade sled before it's time...Made from a old roller skate...pretty cool.
