Just scored this off cl for the price of a walmart bike, it's a sekine which i believe is a rebranded s & s yep takagi cranks, tange forks, blue ano araya's which are completely mint not a scratch..i have some blue anodized handlebars that i'm going to put on so i'll post a another pic when it's...

Hey Pals, I've been a member for a few years...I have been busy working on stuff. Making a book about Vancouver cycle culture, and I just launched a kickstarter for it. Looking to raise some funds to make it happen. This book will have lots of cruisers and some 26in bmx's, and some really cool...

went to the bicycle recycle place that sells used bike parts etc..found a sweet set of handlebars..pretty much the same size rise and sweep as my skull skates bars..in the $5 bin, i notice they are bent on the left side.. so the guy says oh they're bent well anything bent we just recycle...

nice find..i need some handlebars like that to finish off my maruishi bmx cruiser

the picture was tiny and the description was "Mountain and beach cruiser for summer cruising" it was listed for a few days i thought for sure some one would of already bought it, only $75 paid asking even though the guy would of taken less, it was built by a well known older local cruiser guy...

i found a second Maruishi 26 BMX cruiser..the first i ended up selling viewtopic.php?f=16&t=43150&p=420802&hilit=maruishi#p420802 i was kicking myself for selling it...so i got one on cl from a bike flipper, paid less than last time but this one needs work..came with cool GT bars.. almost...

Garage sale score..must of been my lucky st.patricks day.. missing all it's stickers and the rear wheel needs work..

CL find...early 1980's Norco Custom Cruiser..sort of a 26in BMX Cruiser..oddball bike..came with a cool aluminum neck and awesome handlebars..gold sugino chainring as found after a clean up and brooks/wheel/part swap..added skullskates bars but i might switch back to the original ones..

Thanks!, i'm actually liking it more and more, thinking of what I'm going to do to it, keep it original or totally change it, it is missing the original red seat and tires but everything else seems there.
