Very nice build. Was so much fun watching you play with the lamp. Always great company and your modem bike expertise often comes in handy. 😎

Thanks Chad! It was so good to see you back 'in the fold' this BO. The lamp was really fun, and I know I'll be lighting it up and showing it off at future car shows, etc. Hope you can beat the heat and nail down that final photo one of these days on that fast n' furious machine you built!

Definately a "looker" @OddJob Every inch says Old Cool, a neat addition to you stable!

Thanks brother! It's already found a place in the front row of the BACK40 steeds. Appreciate you following along.

Looks great. Your patina matching just keeps getting better and better. I think I said it already but had I not seen the transformation on the light caps, I would've never guessed that it was not original! Congrats!

Thanks TRM! Your s-RaT-isfaction means a lot!
Its been a growing experience as a part of this forum for me.

Congrats OJ!
I took some liberties; I hope you don't mind.

Great build OJ! I love the paper bag tank, patina matching, headlight... It's even got decent tread on the tires for those occasional dirt road adventures. I love the beer crate too. Great stuff all around!

Appreciate the kudos, Pondo! Everything came together nicely.

Oak Ridge Bar and Grill on the shores of Webb Lake. Cheap beer, great crowd, beautiful views!

Then today my son and his friend ( one of the aforementioned 'Bros') came up and we put up the new screen house. We also took down another dying tree (safely this time 😁) and cut up the big stuff for firewood a year from now.

Then a spin around our Big Bear Lake and a quick dip (unusually cold for July 6, been raining continually since May 1), and we sent the boys back to the Cities.

Happy Independence Day weekend to my fellow inhabitants of the U.S.A. !

Great looking ride Lee! Sorry I missed a lot of it while it was happening but such awesome results. Every part looks vintage and matched to the age of the frame, as if it's always been this bike for the last 90+ years. 👍 👍

Thanks! It was a fun summer spent in the BACK40!
