I think it's important to note these are not cast or solid but formed sheet metal of some sort, not pure aluminum but something similar.

First mile and it didn't fall apart. Note the successful threading and cutting of the Trek forks! All done in house with nearly perfect process. Went so well I want to do it again!
Back wheel has been apart two more times centering it and working on getting it round. It's off for the last time this weekend, then it goes to the LBS.
Brake cables and some king of new shifter handle on the drawing board.
