Just picked up a '53 Roadmaster Luxury Liner, AMF built. Missing the tank and headlight

Anyone holding an original condition tank and headlight? I don't want anything too nice, chrome and paint can be kind of beat. Bike is maybe a 5 or 6 out of 10 on condition. First 2 pics are ones I found over on the CABE for reference, last 2 are of my bike.

Updated July: found a rack and sprocket, still searching for the tank and headlight.

Would also be interested in some replacement torrington blocks for the pedals

Congrats. I've been dreaming of those for a while. One of my absolute favourite classics

Thanks, definitely a holy grail bike for me too. Spent the past couple weeks polishing it piece by piece, couple hours a night. Shined up pretty well

Ive been keeping my eye on the ol fleabay, but no luck with original condition parts. Most of what's on there is off the anniversary model luxury liners, which are a little bit different and too nice condition for my bike. It would look very out of place to me to have minty shiny parts on an original, patina'd bike

Often times the CABE website has parts like these for sale.
Worth a look... frequently. There is a Wanted section there
too, but I haven't been so lucky with any replies on my short
list of "I really need this size seat post clamp" and stuff like
that. But I'm in it for the adventure. I once waited a year and
a half for the absolute correct front fender. Totally worth the
journey. It's not the kill, it's the thrill of the chase.

I'll have to check out that forum, thanks. I also agree, the thrill of the chase is the best part🤙
