Did she ride it before you started? I tried riding mine when I first got it, and it felt real "tippy", so I'm lowering it. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with the bed, but I like your "model A pickup bed" idea. 8) Cool project 8)

Re: My First Trike Yeah, its going to be a tall one. The seat on it makes it look a lot taller than it is. The top of the "steering tube" (not sure what the real name is) is about chin high when you're on it. I'm trying to decide between ape hangers or kinda modified beach comber style of bars.

O.K. be nice, this is my first. A friend gave me this trike. It was ridden twice then put in the corner of the garage for two years. Then it was moved to the back yard for six months. THE VICTIM... PROJECT SO FAR...
