Lots of ways to do it. I use a Joint Jigger that works with a drill press or hammer drill. You can also just draw the desired shape on the tube and use a grinder to shape it. Somewhere I found a web site that will generate a pattern that you can print out and use as a guide. Of course you...
A copy of this book is currently being auctioned on Ebay. I found other copies being sold for as much as $300! After some more looking I found the entire book for FREE online!
Tons of good information on frame and fork repair. Enjoy!

WD-40 and brass wool or brass brush. Does not scratch like steel. I learned that from Hooch! Ambman told me about a acid you can buy in Chrystal from and mix with water. He placed a frame into the solution over night and the next day just wiped the rust away. Maybe he will see this and tell...
Hmmm... I really like the how everything from the seat tube back looks. I think if you shortened the front triangle and add a couple of degrees of angle on the head tube it would look less awkward. Some 28" or 700x40c Electra townie cream colored tires would look good. Just my 2cents. It...
Re: Next Victim Stretch
I didn't realize you were looking for more pictures. When I first looked at your inspiration bike this Columbia/Pope built Humber came to mind. Similar, but not the same. I will keep looking. Note the early bio-pace crank set!
I posted this quite a while ago. It does not show how to make the final tank. I show how you can create patterns and make sure of the size and shape before cutting metal.

Welcome! I sold a very similar/the same frame, fork and headbadge to member Oldy57. You might want to shoot him a message and see what he has found out about it. Good luck with it. Make sue you post pictures of it when you are finished. I kinda kick myself for selling mine.
I used my Harbor Freight roller to make the top tube on my gender reassignment. It seems to work fine. You are kind of limited on the size of tubing you use. Luckily they give you a die that is good for the main triangle tubes. Anything smaller and you are out of luck. I have seen where...
It has been a long time since I have worked on a trike, but I believe the hub is held onto the axle with roll pins. You will have to hammer out the pin to remove the wheel. Kinda hard to tell whats going on with the rest of it.
This started out as a Ebay fixie. I changed the brakes, bars, tires and seat. It rides great and is pretty fast. I really have no complaints. A friend bought the same bike and had problems with the front sprocket being out of round. :?
