Let's see those Kona HumuHumu & Kona A'Ha

It looks nearly identical to the Mongoose mountain cruisers (marketed under several model names/configurations...Zuma being a more common one) ... 7005 Al, cantilever bars, and offered in multiple sizes (the smalls look pretty much like a standard cantilever cruiser).

    FOUND Tourist Bars

I can check my horde this weekend. I know I have at least one set of Raleigh and several Schwinn style. Just need to see if I can get to them to check condition.

    Race Inc hubs

Probably just growing pains. It was essentially a hobby biz for the previous owner...the new owners probably have very few physical people on the job as they don't have much product in the pipeline yet. They don't have anything to be embarrassed for, I don't think. They are inline with the...

    Race Inc hubs

...on Race Inc BMX 'racing bikes'. @armandog is referring to his RA-29 retro bike. The Cook Bros comment referred to components (that is all that it sold under CBR so far) and states they will be co-branded. Toby H., in interviews, has made it clear that although he felt the need to expand his...

    Race Inc hubs

Box is race stuff... wouldn't be fitted to complete retro bikes. The bikes, last I knew, where contracted from a Taiwan company. Anything not 'named' would just be the generic sourced factory components. Quality stuff I'm sure...but, generic.

    New addition

Definitely nice flock you got, they all look great! I have the ML-26 that was the first run of these new retro Race Incs before the company was sold to the current owner. I have an OG RA-24 frame that I'm accumulating parts for... slowly. Welcome to RRB!

As Cap said, doesn't meet the two of three rule for MBBO...I'd have no problem seeing it in the ORBO as it is a BMX bike regardless of the unorthodox choice of skins. Apehangers with a bolt or weld on crossbar or a banana seat and it would be MBBO worthy.

    Help on my 2 murrays

Guys frame is a '72 3spd... probably similar to this Kmart AllPro... The girls frame is early to mid 80s...might have a year printed on the head badge sticker.

    Elgin swap for my Spaceliner

The frame progression from '38 to '42 makes it easy to date them. Not exactly year based, but more like an evolution. '38-'39... conventional BB to chain stay, EF mono seat stay, straight seat mast. '39-'40... EF BB to chain stay, EF mono seat stay, straight seat mast. '40-'42... EF BB to...

Post your 26 bmx cruisers here...

Very nice... perfect anno choice to go with the frame/fork finish. Any other color would have overwhelmed...the gold augments, very chill.

    Hello!

That's a great first project! I'd probably dip, scrub, and polish to see whats truly hiding under the funk. Then decide if you want to keep it that way...or go all out. With everything cleaned up, you'll have a better idea of what a restoration will need, what you can sell, what you'll have to...

    Circle Freak.

Art Nouveau Mountain bike ... I like it! :rockout: I don't see any 'plant like embellishments', but I spose you'll pick up some of that on your first test ride.
