Saddle up! Diggin' the change in the seat, bike looks tight! Maybe pull the wheel reflectors for your final photos? Other than that, as KF said above ^^ "clean, but crusty"...and cool!

Sounds like you were needed for more important things, and that's how life goes. If you can find some respite and relief working on your build, take it. Our families always come first.

Keep natural patina on rear fender. Maybe just tone down the colors on the skirts without the mustard treatment. Vinegar / water mix to dull the new red a bit.

Thank you buddy! I guess we get the honor of having the oldest (or almost) and the newest bikes in tbe build off this year!

Would you try to carry the red and white used on the front end to the skirt? Cuz that might work. I guess I've gotten so used to focusing on that great tank /fork / front end that my immediate reaction is that the skirt is a little distracting.

Six years and multiple layers of your epidermis. The Polish King, reigns supreme. You took a pretty uniquely designed mid-high end road bike (the OCLV carbon process is one of a kind proprietary to Trek) and actually made it look like an updated version. Kudos!

It's 84° and 97% humidity today. The top coat would have been deadly! The winter wool pants were enough.

Schultzie, you just have a way of putting it all together! It's a gift, a knack, whatever you want to call it; it works. Whenever a bike makes me want to ride it, that elevates its status in my book. This one does that! :113:

That nudge you got from the Fink turned into a vision, which once the smoke cleared, ended up as a picture of a great Rat Rod Bike~! Nice work. Glad you jumped in this year!
