That bike is a roach. It looks to have started as a 24 inch bike and someone put a 20in rear tire on it. Then Welded in a support for the hand brake.

so I tried to take the spring stay out for the caliper bolt. Some may come out (pressed in) this one was part of the bolt. So I cut the bolt ends off and drilled through the center. The caliper I used was a junk one all tweaked but I hammered it fairly straight and everything looks like it will...

Once I disassemble the caliper I’ll have better view if it’s machines as part of the bolt or pressed. It looks like it’s all one piece.
