Worksman M2600 vs. Emory (Mojave) Giant

I have been asked a couple times about the difference between a Worksman m2600 frame (aka: straight bar INB) and the Emory Giant (Mojave / Sand Cruiser) frame: Side by side comparison, Emory behind Worksman: Emory on right: Frames have similar geometry, though Emory's seat tube is 2"...

I have to speculate that the integrated seat post was not as sturdy. I personally put worksman frames in 2 categories, a double bend down tube or a single bend. The double bend being "old", the single bend being "new". That's just me. I prefer older ones because that's what I rode as a kid...

That is the exact same frame as my yellow one. Integrated seat post clamp, horizontal dropouts, and flat chainstay bridge (where fender mounts at the bottom). The headbadge decal on my frame was a primitive version of the nicer one I know was being used in the early '80s, as I bought a couple...

Hey I cheated a bit and bought new decals, 4 for $6 shipped off ebay. Would probably have traded you if I hadn't just sunk all that $$ into decals.;)
