I'd bet money the Massif they are shipping is not aluminum either. The pics on Walmart's site now shows a steel framed version. I'll know in a couple of days what it is. I'm still hoping it is like the one in the earlier pic that was circulating on the Web.

The fix is simple. You need to toss that quick release axle and install a nutted style in order to safely use that mount. The pic below is the nutted axle version of your hub.

We'll know soon enough. I'm laying low on this one until it is known what they're actually shipping. :cool2:

It will be awesome if the Dolomite is actually aluminum. The pics on Wally's site is showing what appears to be a steel frame model.

Here are some other rivet-on options. I have used all of these OEM type cable management clips shown in the pic below on my various builds. The three on the left need two countersunk holes drilled and are attached with 3/32" pop rivets. The two on the right are pre-drilled and use 1/8" rivets...

Judging from the tiny welds on the frame in the pic, it looks as if the frames are steel.

I'm digging that 20". It will be interesting to see if the wheel color really is chromium yellow like it appears in the pic.

The hub you got will work fine. Just be sure you skewer it down plenty tight and use a safety tab if you can. Disk brake wheels want to torque out of the forks when you apply the brakes hard.

"I should also mention that the hub, which is labeled as a "Bolt-On" was delivered as a Quick-Release (it came with the skewer).." "bolt on" in the description is referring to the disc mounting method. Some hubs have a center lock mount for the disc. Look for a "nutted" hub if you want to...

That's nuts! I don't know how y'all keep it together in that sort of cold. Give me coastal heat and humidity anytime.

I have no clue as to who built those trikes. If those front wheels are 20" and you want to build one yourself, buy a Sun XL unicycle, toss the seat and build the rest around it or buy just the wheel and go from there. Links: Sun Unicycle Sun Unicycle Wheel
