Cable guides, clamps or retainers

Just put a bike together that has shifter and brake cables routed along the downtube and I'm looking for ideas on cable clamps to use. Would like something vintage looking but will consider other ideas. The downtube is 1 3/8" in diameter. Zip ties just aren't cutting it. Let's see what you're using.

Here is my ideal choice if it was for two cables and big enough. Nice vintage style. No drilling required.

These would work as well but haven't found a source.

2 of these should work. Run the housing up to these stops with bare cable in between.

Here are some other rivet-on options. I have used all of these OEM type cable management clips shown in the pic below on my various builds. The three on the left need two countersunk holes drilled and are attached with 3/32" pop rivets. The two on the right are pre-drilled and use 1/8" rivets. Good luck.
