To the builders - thanks everyone! Again, awesome ideas and realisations. It's so cool to see new stuff being done, build-off after build-off. Thanks for keeping me sane and helping me smile :)

aaaaww hellyeah!!! Is that quadrant shifter original to the engine or did you fab it yourself? Very nice looking ride, I agree, bars look great!

    King Krate

I've followed this from your 1st post....this thing is totally rad. I've been showing my workmates and they think so too. What colour will you paint it?

Yeah those bars will look good on that frame

    Nautilus (Beached Bobber)

OK read the build thread...still think it's cool :) There are really nice details in the build and that paint/patination finish you've given it has just totally nails the whole build. Along with what was left raw - great choices all round. What colour spray paint did you use during the...

    Nautilus (Beached Bobber)

This has some kinda cool going on that I can't even articulate using words ...like some Tusken Raider dude built it. I guess they count as words :) Very cool, I'm off to read the build thread

I introduce to you Dave Of The Dead

Cool frame...what colour/s are you going with? It looks great in bare metal. Those handlebars are really nice too & suit the frame. Is that a rear tab for a coaster, a nexus 7 or 8 with coaster brake?

    Sportsman Electraflyer Cruiser

Very nice...the longer wheel base looks great! And those forks are awesome :) Did you do the fenders yourself? Do you know of an online resource where I could get a few ideas on how to make fenders?

    CWC Roadmaster, build in Brazil

cool...I wasn't sure about the flipped bars, but seeing you sitting on the bike from that angle they look great. Top notch build! Did you have fun building, and are you having fun riding it?

    CWC Roadmaster, build in Brazil

"I'm having trouble with the air chambers. they do not support fat frank size 26 x 2.35" Leo do you mean inner tubes? What size have you put in the tires? Any 26" tube will stretch out to fill a tyre. I guess the only problem you might have is if you have to patch a puncture on a much smaller...

Wow, you're really going all out on this! Did you do the pin-striping on the forks with tape as well, or is this freehand?

Nice looking bike! Have you got an image you could share of the bike in its 'before' state?

    Worksman 29er

I love a good 29'er conversion on a frame like this, it's looking great! There's a cool looking 29'er Dyno cruiser on this site somewhere. I think he had to use a 29'er fork, and went with a 90mm SA drum on the front. I like yours with minimal clearance. Will you have any toe overlap?

Getting ready to start a build...lots of questions

If you live in a hilly area and this will be a heavier bike than the ripper, then yeah you might want to go with a 3 speed. I live in a moderately hilly area & 3 speeds are great. Still have to get off my 3 speed and walk up the final hill home, it's too steep for me lol.

    CWC Roadmaster, build in Brazil

Nice...beautiful paint! What is that colour red called? I'd love to get hold of a Roadmaster frame one day, for me it has the curves in all the right places lol :) Although I think I like the middle straight bar version a little bit more. My sister lives in Virginia (I'm in Australia), and I'm...
