again with the nexus 3 hub... chain is tight in one crank position, but really loose in another. as you turn the cranks the chain gets loose then tight etc. what causes this? how to fix? thanks, oct.

it starts like this... when you spin the wheel, it does not rotate very freely... a few turns and it comes to a stop. is this normal/how it should be? i tried adjusting the cone etc. with no luck... but now it feels weird... did i mess something up? or am i just paranoid? thanks, oct.
