Looks like its all there. Either repaint the blue a diff color or add it strategically to the frame for 'Murcia red/white/blue theme. That would help the look visually some, the blue looks odd because there isnt any on the frame or forks. Otherwise ditch the blue.

Think you already said it, since you're knowingly mixing new and old - having a shiny screw, nut and or bolt next to crusty parts. Its all about the "Look" you want to have in the end. So keep going until you have the right parts to call it a tribute bike.
