    Shock Ease Fork HELP!!

I hope this helps. The fork legs pivot on the front bolt. The forward movement pulls down on the concealed spring. The big rubber bumper at the bottom is usually deteriorated. http://i1125.photobucket.com/albums/l58 ... 81a498.jpg

    THE WALL OF DEATH

I had an uncle who traveled with a carnival in the 1920's riding his Indian motorcycle in one of these bowls. I have a photo of him and a bunch of other guys on motorcycles on a Goodyear tire sponsored Gypsy tour. When he started courting my aunt (my Mom's sister), my grandparents forbid them to...

I've been trying to avoid buying any more bikes, but yesterday I fell off the wagon and spent a big chunk of change. Purchased a nice original 1966 Schwinn Fastback, early 1900's Napolean wood rim and a Schwinn Deluxe Cruiser 100th Anniversary reproduction. I'll post photos later.

    Making me crazy!

Appears to be a Colson/Evans. Looks complete and original. Would be a nice addition to most any collection.

    DANA transmission.

I have one that is brand new, still in the original blisterpack. The packaging is a little worn from being moved around. I might be persuaded to part with it.

    Storing Spare Rims/wheels

Re: Storing Spare Rims Great idea! Now if I can just find about 50 broom handles I'll have enough pieces to do all my wheels.

21 inch rim plus the height of the tire should be 24 inch.

    The stable is getting bigger...

Nice bikes, but I'm getting worried you are going to run out of room before you get up here to pick up this Monark! lol

    Bendix cogs...

I think any of the 3 tab cogs will work. I have a number of them in different number of teeth if you let me know what size you are looking for. I have lots of the snap rings and can provide you with those also.

    *Hiawatha ornament*

Nice piece. They were standard on the Hiawatha Arrow. I had a really rough rust bucket one a few years ago.

    Moon wheel covers

Thanks for posting my photo, I wish I could figure out how to do that instead of just posting a link.

    Moon wheel covers

Here are the 20 inch covers I have. One has the decals on it, the other 3 pieces are plain white. Each has a reflector attached to the surface which could be removed but would leave 4 small holes. [IMG]http://i1125.photobucket.com/albums/l583/crassly/randor.jpg[img]

J.C. Higgins 3 Speed shifter cable HELP!!

They are many different cable lengths and the length of the outside cable sheath varies also. They do make univeral cables you cut to fit and then attachment the end piece. If your lbs doesn't have what you need, I might.

J.C. Higgins 3 Speed shifter cable HELP!!

I don't have any personal experience, but from reading my bike books I was under the impression that the Higgins 3 speed was a clone of the Sturmey Archer and all parts would interchange.
