How long can you get away with having a bike in the house?

I have the ruff cycle I'm building in the living room, and the felt stuffed in my sons closet. We have a storage unit in the basement where everyone else keeps their bikes, but I don't trust them or the space. Well actually I have my 5 year olds bike, big wheel and the 50's amf jr roadmaster I...

That's because some don't have the equipment, you need to find one that will acid bath and sand blast them. Been running wheels on my auto-x car that I bought from some jack-wipe that chromed them. I had them PC 13 years ago and they see a hell of a lot more abuse then any bike wheel will go...

    Gold Metallic Black Spray?

This probably isn't the answer you are looking for, but I have seen some cool paint jobs with plastidip along with their metalizers. Or, spray back, then spray the gold flake and then clear coat it.

    Worksman Industrial - First Build

Very cool, and so true. I just got the parts back from powder coating and starting putting a bike together last night. What was weird was that I saw the end in sight and I'm kind of bummed out. It was fun as hell finding the right pieces all over the interweb and such, and now that the end is...

    26x3" 72-hole wheel...looking for the right tire

I'm building a ruff bike right now, picking up all the parts from painter today, and you will have no issues. I'm stuffing 24"x4' wheels on a Porucho 2, but I had to bend out the rear stays in order for the wheels to fit.

    Felt cruiser seatpost size?

If you can slide a 1 inch post down it, then it's 27.2 and I know felt changed how there frames were welded, but I don't think they changed the much else. If you have the stock post, pull it out and it should be marked. Now, if you want a realy cool post go to the for sale section and have the...
