    Saw this on eBay last week it came in today. Just a sneak peak into my plans for next years build off. Obviously it won't look anything like this by the end I have lots of cutting and mods for it but the idea is there. It's pretty pitted and has a few small and one large dent.

    Yes it does I rebuilt the Generator about 5 years ago. I just dont have anyone small enough to ride it. The old wood is starting to get well old. It really is more for display now. Im putting it up on a shelf in the office.

    I use automotive wheel bearing grease in all my bearings. Go to auto zone/napa/advanced or whatever they have by you and get a tub of wheel bearing grease.

    I rode that yellow dahon up and down the block. Needs new cables but it rides surprisingly well. Ill have to dig through that cabinet.

    Re: How to put a vintage tank on a different frame There is no single way to do it, because of the variety of frames and tanks out there. As Kingfish said check out the build threads for lots of ideas. If you post up some good pics maybe some people could throw you some more specific ideas.

    Thanks, the girls 26 is going to be moms bike. for some reason I thought you said 53 but either way Im thinking its the start of next years build off. There is only one other frame style I would choose to replace this one with but those weren't for sale.
