update! at about 97% to completion. still need a few bolt-ons and its done done. test ride went nice. cant wait to take it on a cruise. changes made are tires for clearance issues and cranks for offset. Ill post more pics when the weather is better....

Been ridiculously busy with work and customer builds and the family. Had a set back in that the rear tube had a hole in it so i need to acquire a new tube. Seeing as though im so busy i may have to pull the plug on this one but going to attempt to get at it when time allows.

turn up the heat and slow down the wire speed. i suggest starting on the third heat setting try a couple test passes on some scrap pieces. practice makes perfect. we all have to start somewhere. best of luck!

really love how these wheels turn out. Looking good! Id probably say just use 5/8" round tube and make the "X's" out of that to weld into the wheel to get the motomag look. Lots of repetitive work but would be well worth it in the end result.
