    I think I may have a problem.

It snowed on and off here like crazy today, and of course in Michigan fashion everyone FREAKS OUT and spins out. Its just a reminder how much I hate this weather too.

Another cool contraption, just too steep for my pockets. http://austin.craigslist.org/mcy/4197761382.html

Its a safe bike, and that was my initial thought. It has been a friends yard art for the past few years, and he got it form the scrapyard some years before that, but to my surprise, its in really fair/rideable shape. I'll send that guy an email once I get the numbers off the fork. :D

    I think I may have a problem.

I saw the bike and knew I had to have it, but the price reflected the catch which is the lock problem. I'll try with the local locksmith on monday too. If not, I guess I have a cool wall ornament...

    I think I may have a problem.

Well, I may have encountered a problem today. I have found what I am thinking is a 1956 Schwinn Phantom and it is all there. It needs some work, and I already agreed to buy it. I bought it over pictures, and I can pick it up Monday. But here is the issue... It has a locking springer front end...

Passing the word on. Nice looking bike in person, and rides great. Not mine, but I know the guy and he may ship/ or I could ship to you for a small cost. http://flint.craigslist.org/bik/4208209376.html

Found a few goodies in my travels today

To start off today, I found this at the Scrap Yard of all places, and I couldn't let it go to the junk. Turns out to be an early 40's Pepsi cooler, and is complete. You see Coca-Cola stuff all the time, but never Pepsi-Cola. This picture doesn't do it justice, it looks really nice in person...

    Pre-War Royal Flyer

I'm not jinxing you, but the last one that I had like that, I cut the fork off. I'm impatient too. Lol

    1969 Stingray

I'd think so. It would be gone If it were around here. Anything people see with the Schwinn name on it, its usually snafu'ed up in minutes. I just like the banana seat. :)
