That is a sweet bike. Did the 24x3 tires fit the frame or did you have to modify?

Your self steering issue is definitely due to the VEE8 tires, they are junk. The y came stock on my Motobecane Boris and once I checnged to One ONE Floaters, it handled like a nimble 29er.

These have been in our local target for at least a month and they are popping up on Craigslist for over $500 with sellers repping them as "RARE" and "LIMITED EDITION"

What's the market like for these today? I know they have been hot, but are they cooling off? Seller wants $300, says it's a 70's mode. I had a lemon peeler as a kid, but wouldn't mind this if it's worth the price.
