I just got pictures from my powdercoater, he sandblasted my frame this morning. He also ground off the chain guard mounting tabs and filled the small holes in the headtube where the headbadge was riveted on. Here's a few pics:

Can you say more about the headset? I assumed that I can use a traditional Tioga Bear trap, am I wrong?

Very similar. I have to believe that the frames were OEM'd by TBS. The key differences between my frames and the Islander is the integrated seat clamp and the rear chainguard mounting tab. On my frames they are mounted on the seat stay tube rather than the chain stay.

Here's a look with the frame measurements. What do you guys think of this geometry? For the chain stay and seat stay I approximated to a middle point on the dropouts as endpoints. The measurements of the top tube and down tube take into account the bends in those bars.

Thinking of having this frame powder coated Mustang Grabber Blue. Will probably use some 26" BMX Forks with some wide moto cruiser bars. I'd like either polished or chromed wheels, white walls, single rear brake. What do you guys think?

Yes that's correct. I spoke with him again this morning and he thought that Bike Brokers or BB racing sounded familiar but he wasn't 100% sure.
