you could radius the tubing with something other than a hole saw, like a couple cuts to make a v shape at the end, that works good too.

^^ :lol: but really, just get a 20" frame if you want something to put 20" wheels on. they look goofy in my opinion, and ride terrible. my friend did it to a number of bikes cuz thats all we could pick up.

sweet build! hey if you sand the seat with fine sandpaper and scotch-brite pads enough, itll turn to suede. :D gets really soft and comfy.
