ya, gotta shorten the chain. But I need to mount the fenders first to check Tire-Fenders-Clearance and will fit the chain after that.

got her done for the cruise next weekend todo: - paint the fenders. rear rack and chainguard silver - rebuild the front rack (don't like it the way it is)

Hi Mark, what Kind of trike do you have? We just took the old donation trike apart and relaced the original hubs to the wide rims. For the front hub we used an old drumbrake rear hub without the gears - so it just rolls along and brakes. We decided for a rear hub because of the wide rims. A...

Re: A Bomber/Boardtracker/Don't know yet didnt recognize the lettering - my fault - NICE touch! But that adds even more difficulties to it. :-/ Moving the braket should give you about half an inch - that won't make sense. :roll: ... well - I'm thinking ...... hold on. :wink:

sweet ride! All I'd suggest is painting the basket and it's holder black and get a purple chain. That will set it off!

Re: A Bomber/Boardtracker/Don't know yet looks like a good start to me. But IMHO it sits to high. With one pedal all the way down you need about two inches of clearance to ride comfotable and don't forget the front tire adding some more inches. I'd suggest shortening the fork a few inches.

Thanks a lot! They were sold as "english bars" - pretty cheap too - paid about € 7.00. I will paint the black bars up front silver and give them a shot of candy red to match the rims. The bars for the rear rack will get the same treatment.
