I got a wheel and morrow hub at a swap meet. I put it on temporarily and tested it. Its spins and catches every now and then so it may need some work or trashed. We'll see.

yeah, I think I'm going to. I rode it yesterday. Rides good. I need a lean back seat post and It'll feel a little better.

I got this bike from Nate (npence). It has seen better days. I like it though. The wheels turned out to be a little worse for wear so I took some off of another bike that also had a springer. The rear wheel was fitted with the skip tooth hub but the wheel is way out on the runout. (wobbles side...

I got the rear fender mounted. I wanted to put two supports on but one was a little short.

Thanks. I like both of them and I may put it back on one day. I am always changing my mind about parts and trying things all the time. I really wanted to make the bracket that was missing on the Schwinn so I could use it if I wanted to. I may paint the other guard while I have it off.

Pics of front w/headlight and fender mounted. I also put a bullet on top of the chain guard where the small bolt was. The rear fender isn't mounted yet just placed there.

I found some fenders that are new and painted silver. I put the front one on and put the chrome piece that goes on top of the fork on. The rear fender will take a little trimming to make the fit. I moved the headlight also. I'll post a pic tomorrow if weathers good.

Thanks, I never even thought about leaving it blue. I just thought that I should paint it because the panther was coming through and it was blue. You have a good point. I think I'll leave it alone right now.

I picked this up from a guy on craigslist. Just wanted some parts. I paid 40.00 Did I get a deal or no??

I hate plumbing. Drains fixed so back to the bike. I'm pulling the chain guard off for prep and paint. trying to keep it rough looking on purpose. I hope I don't make it look too good lol. I want it to look similar to the frame if I can. What do you guys think?

So This is where the bike started this morning. I don't think the bike is ratty enough so I wanted to redo the kickstand. A buddy of mine welded up some chain for some reason and gave it to me. I think he knew I would use it somewhere. And walla a new kickstand. I also had my Schwinn chain guard...

I'm thinking I'll fire up the welder and redo my kick stand. Stay tuned lol.
