Any way to get it running on some sort of battery as well?

Looking for a tail light solution

Well...I think they are the same exact thing...one just comes with the screw and the hinge and one doesn't. It looks like the soma lights have a screw as a part of the body if I'm not mistaken and that they would each need their own nut to be fastened to the seat post clamp from each...

Looking for a tail light solution

The one on the right looks like it may work...my only concern is that it's plastic. The soma lights are made from metal and look to be pretty heavy duty...I don't know how the plastic clamp would hold up under the weight of the two lights. Which would be one of these...(without the hinge)...

Looking for a tail light solution

I've been looking into those bullet tail lights that people attach to their seat stay areas on their bikes... http://amzn.to/97YEn2 (would be nice if these could be battery operated) These are battery operated, albeit very expensive and not quite the same look... http://amzn.to/9ByC0v But I...

    Noisy Electra saddle

How do I make it quit its squeaking and creaking once and for all? I think it's around the front of the seat that makes the mouse like squeaky noises and the springs in the back that make the more robust creaking sounds. If I need to use oil; how much do I apply, where do I apply it and what...

lets see those led light conversions...Updated 1/5/10

Not my own, but I found this tutorial to be a pretty great one for all who own bullet lights and want more oomph out of it. http://forums.mtbr.com/showthread.php?t=452945

Can someone ID this tail light?

I know this may sound far fetched, but I really like the tail light on this bicycle (I just got the same bike actually) and I tried asking the person whom the photograph belongs to and also posted the picture on Electra's FB page looking for a possible answer...to no avail...

    yo yo yo

I'm Danny from Los Angeles. I guess about a month or so ago I went to San Diego to visit family, go to a concert and visit a special little lady friend of mine. Anyways, she showed off her new cruiser to me that she uses to zip around campus and it all took off from there. A couple days later...
