Can someone ID this tail light?

I know this may sound far fetched, but I really like the tail light on this bicycle (I just got the same bike actually) and I tried asking the person whom the photograph belongs to and also posted the picture on Electra's FB page looking for a possible answer...to no avail.

If there is any remote chance that anybody knows what make/model it is or by some stroke of luck the person who owns the bike in the picture is a member here, I'd love to know what kind it is so I can put one on my bike too.
